£25for a 1 hour visit

1 hr visit includes:

Additional dogs/pets

Minimum 1 hr visit must be booked. Extra time may be required depending on how many more pets need care (charges apply).

  • Clean litter trays
  • Toilet breaks e.g access to garden
  • Playtime for cats & dogs
  • Spot clean small animal cages (if needed)
  • Allow small animals access to runs
  • Administer medication (if needed)

Step 1:

Email us your desired dates (at least 48hrs in advance) and how many dogs/ pets need our care.

Step 5:

Don't forget to leave keys in a safe location or with us at our stall prior to the start date.

Step 2:

We will then send over our available time slots for the dates you require. Pick which ones suit you best. We can visit your home up to 3 times a day if needed and if availability allows. Time slots range from 9am-8pm.

Step 6:

Have peace of mind knowing your pets are in excellent hands.

Step 3:

If you are happy to move forward with the times available. We will send you forms to fill out. Boring, we know, but its so we can provide the best possible care.

Step 7:

Receive photos/ videos after each visit (must have whatsapp).

Step 4:

Confirm booking by paying upfront for your desired time slots. This can be done via bank transfer. Please be aware that you must cancel your booking no later than 1 week before the start date for full refunds. If cancelled later than 1 week you will be entitled to a partial refund of 50%. No refunds will be given if cancelled within 24 hours of start date.
